I used to do that powers of two thing :D at first it was hard, as I got to impossibly large numbers, but now I can get very high, almost without thinking. I used to count powers when I needed to calm down, or think of something else.

I would not go to the extent of saying I love mathematics but I do like it. Not a fan of the statistics elements though - 'pure maths' makes more sense to me.

I like it. Both math and sciences. I'm going to college for accounting. I've always like math and I'm extremely good with numbers.

When I was growing up I wanted to be an astronomer. People would think I miss spoke and said, "Oh, so you want to be an astronaut" I'd correct them.

people always ask if I want to be an astronaut (I want to work for NASA) but I really want to design spacecrafts.

There is no option for a "Love hate relationship" which sums me up nicely.

I "see" numbers and mathematics everywhere in all aspects of life, nature and existence and appreciate the beauty of it. However my brain is a little tired of the task of doing mathematics nowadays so I only tend to do algebra as required for the software I write rather than the more esoteric stuff.

hehe, "sums"

I love numbers, I see them everywhere, and I hope I never stop. :D

Slightly off-topic, drifting onto a personal obsession with me... Am I the only person on the planet to realise that mathematics doesn't just describe the physics of the universe - the universe IS mathematics. It is the ONLY reality, iterations of a base simple formula on a massively multidimensional graph.

I like numbers and I normally enjoy maths though it seems like every sum I have done for the last three chapters of my revision course is wrong. Mostly right second time around but my confidence is waning fast.

I absolutely hate maths, mainly because I have so much trouble with it, which we think is due to slight Dyscalculia. However, unfortunately for me I want to be a Meteorologist, so maths is gonna be something I'll have to learn to enjoy... or at least tolerate to some level.

I'm horrible at math unless it involves science. I learned how to balance equations in my science class and I was actually good at it. I would balance equations just for fun.

Math wasn't my favorite subject at school, but I do like it. I would rather read, write or do word game puzzles for fun, however, if given the choice. I actually did quite well in math until I got to second semester algebra.

I hated math, but surprisingly I can visualize muliplication, although I do it 'wrong'.

27
30
60 - from 2*30
21 - from 7*3
line 'em up, then 630

I do change by taking 1 from the bill's side, then figuring out what 100-the amount is....

and on and on...;)

considering the family around me is even worse than I am at math, they think I'm a rocket scientist...;)
