I've been thinking about this thread for a couple days now, and I can't think of anything, so I guess I'm just waiting for a time when I will have something to live for. :(

I live because I have too much to get done to stop living, and people who I love and who need me. Besides, sleep, food and music are more than enough reason to live for me.... and there are too many interesting and inspiring things around me to want to leave. Life is a gift.

I am hardly ever suicidal, per se. I simply don't appreciate life or anything it has to offer. I mainly play video games and browse the net, but thats only a distraction to tide me over until death, as I see it.

I live because I know I'm going to die eventually. I might as well live while I have the chance. That's my fall-back, at least, for when I can't find any other reasons.

I live because I don't know where I came from and I don't know where I will go if I ever should return.

(Ala the little prince without a little planet to return to, so to speak.)

I live because I like a good mental challenge and my work gives me that. Most of the time.

I live because I can't stand the idea of leaving things un-done. The fact that I have such a hard time actually doing anything guarantees this one will be with me for a long time.

I live because I think happiness is waiting for me if I can just find it.

I live because people are always expected to out-live their parents. I don't want to think about what will happen when they are gone...

I live because I am afraid of dying.

I live for life's small pleasures.

I live because I've already helped to save someone else's life, and accept that maybe that's why I'm here.

I live because I tried to die many years ago and failed.
