I loved jumping on trampoline's as a kid and I loved spinning in circles too.

I always considered bouncing an incredibly cliche [but common] autistic trait.

Yes I used to bounce in the car. The seats in the station wagon were very springy. I would lean forward and
aggressively bounce off of the seat back. Often I would sing a song and bounce in time to the melody.
I did this until about 10 years of age. I had begun this while I was in a booster seat... 2 years of age or so.

I also was a head banger in my crib.

This constitutes my first post in the group. I hope to learn a lot from the discussions here.

I love to bounce! I hardly ever sit or stand still. I'll bounce on the balls of my feet, in my chair, anywhere. But I especially love like trampolines and stuff.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

I love bouncing. I'm thinking of getting myself a fitness ball, that looks like a giant pea, to bounce on.

Lol, I bounce too, particularly when I'm bored, having to be still for long periods of time or am happy :D

Yup.. I too bounce..

Usually when I'm just standing around I tend to bounce up and down on the soles of my feet although don't usually leave the ground unless I'm really hyped up. I only realised recently that I do this all the time.. People probably think I'm weird!!

Oh well

I get in little hyperactive moods and bounce. I have one of those exercise balls too. Prefer the exercise trampoline though.

I did this too - not just in the car though - in any couch or upholstered seat that was cushony enough. I did this until I was about 12 when my stepmother chewed me out about it. I guess it was time to stop.

I've also dearly loved swinging, hoppity-hop, pogo sticks, trampolines, etc.

I used to jump up and down. I don't know if that is "bouncing".
