im a pretty light sleeper and sometimes i can here electricty in the light if its on. not like running through the wires but in the bulb it f*****g pisses me off.

I have many sleep problems, inluding severe insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and nightmares. I'm a very light sleeper and sometimes continue my dreams after I wake up. I tend to have very realistic dreams and remember at least one per night. I need a lot of sleep, too. I've heard sleep problems are common in autism/AS.
