I have these magnetoids:

They are nice. Their shape and smoothness make for good fidgeting. Sometimes when I need my hands back, I stick then in my ears.

Vivi, once every 4 seconds for most, somehow I do feel that the number may be less for you too. I could make up so many dirty jokes...(*slaps hand*)

Nah, stim toy wise, I've got billions! A haki-sac in my blazer pocket, pieces of copper wire stolen from the Science dept, billions! Anything can be a stim toy!

And mate, I doubt your ears appreciate having your magnetoids in them. Pockets. Pockets hold things your hands cannot.

My last stim toy was a 7.62x39mm (SKS or AK-47) bullet.

I shot it off along with all it's siblings, so I'll need to get more of those. The AK-47 Hollow Points I have just don't have the same feel in your hand. It needs to be a Full Metal Jacket or a Jacketed Soft Point.:|

Excuse me, put me in the giggling girls category too! It has been proven that most sane humans have one of those thoughts every 4 seconds. Are you sure this shouldn't be on the Mature Forum?

Okay, this is one of those "what? I don't get it..." times. Unless you're talking about-- erm, pleasure toys. Then I get it.

Okay. Nevermind. I get it. Sorry, slow on the uptake. Go back to what you were doing.

*pats Sophist on the head* There there dear! Lol, I was explaining stimming to my doctor once and she got confused too! I assured her that it wasn't 'that' but being a doctor she just HAD to spell it out for me!

Kittens have stim toys too, yes they do! Although I must confess that they mostly go unplayed with! Still, here's some good ideas for stim toys! (I'll stick em down the bottom).

Oh and Fogman, what are 'found sounds'?

Stretchy balls that feel all soft and rubbery!

These are cool: the top is magnetic so you spin it and it spins around the edges of the metal shape! Or more like the metal spins around it. I bought one with two wormy amoebas that wriggle past each other when it spins! :D

Image

Pretty balls that light up all flashy rainbow!

Folding miniature paper cranes is fun too, as is any soft toy or article of clothing made of microfibre!

I got the green one for stress relief while I'm at work. It must've worked because it only took a week for it to wear out. Now it's a deflated, tentacled blob.

The place I used to work had a, now obsolete, 10base2 ethernet network. I loved playing with the extra connectors, end caps and t-splits. They could be connected together and I used to assemble them, disassemble them and then reassemble them. Endlessly.

I wish a I had a box of those things now. I haven't seen any of those old connectors in five or six years, but I still think about them every once in a while.

Music stops me stimming a bit, but I tend to head-bop, and boogie, but yeah, I have about 30 of those deflated soft squidgy tentacled things you describe Nomaken. They ROCK! :D  :D

Your stim toy is very phallic - especially the way you talk about how it feels in your hand :) sorry... couldn't resist.

If you consider something small enough that the decimals on the millimeters are important, phallic, than I would be very curious to know how you manage to take a piss? :P

I described what kind of tentacle thingies? I mean, that sounds like me. I am partial to tentacles.
