can i get a little more info about these treatments because it could be very handy to not forget everything i hear in few secs

I forget what I just asked someone. If I have to sign and date two documents, I have to ask the date twice in like 30 seconds. Its silly really. I just don't hold onto information that my brain deems unimportant. More like, most of what I hear goes into temporary files and deleted before I can recall it again.
