I love fireworks! I especially loved the ones during the opening of the Summer Olympics. It was the only reason I wanted to be in Beijing at the time, I know the crowds and hotel costs must be enormous and I am not that much into the ultra touristy type events where everything is overinflated. I prefer off seasons and low keyedness.
When I saw the fireworks at the Birds Nest I did envy the lucky ones who got to see them in person. It must have been quite an astounding event.

The eggs have to be cooked just right or they aren't very good. I also buy Eggland's Best because the other brands don't peel as well or taste like emulsion.
