Learn to read before you reply. I've now twice said that I've read the book. First before "apologies" you show you aren't listening. And you follow the word with "if". That's a non-apology.

As for an opinion, you don't have an opinion on the book. You don't know anything about it. You don't even know as much as I've said since you haven't been comprehending what I'm saying.

If you can't even understand a simple statement such as "I just read a book" perhaps you should stay out of the discussion.

So, no, you haven't fooled me into accepting your fake apology. You may be sorry for whatever reason, but there's no apology there.
