Resentment: maybe. Fear: no. I don't think I treasure it, I'd gladly get rid of this if humans would prove to me that they are ready to work on themselves and open their minds, accept that people may be different and that conflict is not a way to live.
That humanity can work for the better being of all. Alas, we only see a neverending trail of agression, bullying, domination and carelessness.
Slowmutant, that castle wall HAD to be built. How does one protect him/herself from attacks by half-ass imbeciles? By trying to be friend with your bullies and other dimwits that only hurt you?
Is this some sort of Christian faith (sorry, no offense if you are) were you have to turn the other cheek?
"Forgiveness" is not in my vocabulary. It sounds harsh, mean and probably not any better but I can deal with it.
