OK I got it, again wrong end of the stick, haven't read the lines carefully. I had no idea 11 year olds owuld come on the general autism board, I thought they'd stick to Kid's crater...so has my topic been moved to Haven?? Or simply been deleted?

WHAT THE HECK!?!?!? Are you REALLY so !@#$%^&*()_!?

1. US law sets the minimum age of reading stuff, such as you have posted, at 18!! !! !!
2. Though Alex has to be careful with allowing posters prior to 13yo, the minimum age is WHAT? Maybe 2!?!?!? The lower limit is based solely on access and ability, and not arbitrary laws, etc.

BTW This is a GENERAL area, and it is NICE that kids can see it, and many even add to it.

So your idea of 11 is not only a non sequitor, it is senseless to believe it anyway.

Frankly, I am happy such things get moved. Alex has no obligation to inform us of such things. It WOULD be nice, but proper notification would have OTHER implications. Some webhosts limit Email, and if he was to notify the original poster, he should notify all other posters in the thread.

Yes, I am not an American and at tiems I am 'blindreading´'...another facet of asperger you are not familiar with???

I guess nobody ELSE is either. What do you mean by "blindreading"?

Well, he isn't from the US, but Alex is. And he spoke of 11? That seems like a pretty arbitrary age. I have heard of 13 in some cultures, but it seems like most places require people to be older. The 13yo age is C.O.P.P.A. rules, and are just reasonable. Heck, I learned about them just by being on the internet.

Yeah, you probably understood what I meant even if I did state it in a vague manner. Basically, in the US, people aren't supposed to have such explicit things placed where they might be accidently read by someone under 18. They ARE reasonable, and not well enforced, but they are there. So having them in a forum, with a warning, as they are here, is fine. The general autism discussion has no such warning though. It is meant to be pretty open.

Tell me - what is it you think reading the post is going to DO to the child ?

Your reaction is bordering on hysterical.

Shoot, kids watch snuff videos, rape videos and god knows what these days.

Respond proportionally.
It makes you look a bit less .... crazy.

Great new picture, tis not so gay. I'm just kidding. But, since you were referring to your sexual awakening post I want to add that many animals are homosexual or at least bi. Dolphins may be even more intelligent than humans and I want you to watch this clip. :D

Well, yeah, and people get cut all the time, so stab all the kids with knives! Your argument really makes no sense. And who are you arguing with anyway? I am just one of many MILLIONS that feels this way. This year is just one of hundreds. And you are trying to attack ME so vehemently, when I am such a small portion of society? I think YOU look crazy!

BTW people also drop money all the time, or swindle, etc... Why don't you send me a few thousand dollars?

I think somebody forgot their meds this morning.

Come on, admit you forgot them.
Or couldn't you be arsed to go to the chemist's to fill out that repeat prescription ?
You may have saved some time and a bit of shoe-leather, but THIS is the result.

Well, I take my meds at night. NOPE, I took them, not that they matter! And I walk FAR more to other places than I do to the drug store! In fact, 4 out of 5 trips I make to the drug store are for OTHER things! OH YEAH, I have NEW shoes, and the soles aren't leather.

MAN are you crazy!

Blindreading is like skimming text, I don't see or read things as 'I don wee it' all the time.
And she is right you are overreacting and very biased to say the least.
Maybe read Desmond Morris, he has studied the Bonobos (primates closest to humans and much more intelligent than chimps, and the practise a wide variety of sex whcih they use for politicalpurposes. It includes incest, pedophelia, homosexual, polygamy, and hetero).
And for all I care we are descendents of apes and not of Adam and Eve, so get over it. Scratch the varnish of the Human beings and see the real surface of who we are and alwasy were: primitive savages!
