I prefer more privacy than less when using the bathroom. I sometimes use stalls, though, because it's ever so slightly quicker and less effort than closing the stall door and lifting the toilet lid up.

I find my bladder isn't fully purged if I whizz sitting - necessitating completion on standing.

That's why I suspect it's unhealthy for mums who force their little boys to whizz sitting - just so they don't have to clean the loo.

Men aren't designed to whizz sitting.
