I used to have alot of trouble speaking my mind, but not so much now. I credit WP and my meds for the increase in ability. For me, it was perceived acceptance from others that gave me the confidence to speak more freely. I sometimes still have trouble confusing arrogance with confidence(or vice-versa), but I'm working on it. :)

I have a threshold... up to that point, I am soft-spoken - once that is passed, though, I will be vehement in my response. Get frustrated not being understood or understanding others.
