Different types of meltdowns..

Mine are usually the volcano, then withdraw into a ball type of meltdowns. Although one time I did let it pile up at work, and I just left one day at break time.

Now a days i just get incredibly frustrated and leave the area where whatever made me furious is and sit by myself listening to music or some other mindless task until im done which takes hours.
