I guess I am a punk rocker on the inside, although I do enjoy a well-written ditty from any genre.

Posting inna Punk Rock Music Thread

That was most of a lifetime ago - Wendy Williams and the Plasmatics, Sex Pistols, Dead Kennedies, Ramones. I got to sing in a start-up punk band called "Gak" in the latter 70s, which was a trip - like a huge motor starting with the guitar and drums and just having energy erupt verbally from my mouth.

...One more thing to be depressed about . I never did get that band together (despite trying)., let alone a record or something. That ol' Aspie " difficulty with social codes " plus general lack of access/connection to things .Sob!

I play bass but I'm not in a band just yet. I like all kinds of rock music, I also enjoy classical. I mostly listen to stuff from 90's, 00's and 10's but sometimes listen to 80's bands on ocassion.

I'm mostly into metal though. Punk is great, especially post hardcore, but metal is just powerful enough.
