off of ADHD meds I drink tons of caffeine. 4-6 bottle of 20-24 oz soda or pots of coffee. on ADHD meds I am caffeine free. So you might consider that it is alleviating ADHD and not Asperger's

It stains my teeth. :P

I sometimes have coffee, especially when I need to wake up.
I'm more of a tea drinker.
I haven't noticed if it alleviates my symptoms. I take Executive B for that.

I can't stay awake throughout the day without coffee.

I have pretty bad withdrawl without it and use it so that I can feel vaguely normal..

It can also sometimes make me groggy.

Coffee will wake me up in the morning. I only drink the kind with caffine. Never decaf. However, coffee taste was a real turn off to me. If I have coffee it is Dunkin Dounuts blueberry coffee with cream with sweet & low with an extra shot of blueberry and it's okay. I detest black coffee.

I've never liked coffee myself, but energy drinks on the other hand can put a smile on the most disastrous day :)

Not for me it doesn't. It increases anxiety and nervousness.

I don't drink coffee as I hate the taste.
When I drink drinks with a similar caffeine content to a cup of coffee, my energy levels increase, and my attention span flies out the window.

Coffee helps me. What I prefer is No Doze over coffee. Caffeine helps clear my head and my physical well being improves after I have coffee or take a couple of caffeine pills.
I don't drink Energy Drinks because they have too many extra ingredients.

I don't drink/like coffee, but caffeine is a must in my everyday life. Lots of it.

Even though it gives me a bit of a reflux, my brain likes it very much and I can pratically hear it screaming "I want pepsi!"

Hate the taste of regular coffee. That being said 2 large Ice-Capps Makes me sociable and talkative, to the point where my Aunt asked if I was on drugs. One Ice-Capp doesn't though.

One thing I forgot to mention is that as an asthmatic, coffee is a decent bronchodilator. Caffeine is related to theophylline, another bronchodilator. If you are ever having an asthma attack and don't have an inhalant on you, drink a few cups of really strong coffee. It will help to an extent.

Coffee doesn't affect me that way. It makes me feel calm, though, and if I drink too much of it I'll fall asleep.
