I always thought Luna Lovegood was on the spectrum. :]

People say I remind them of her, I find that a compliment lol!

Luna was the Aspie. No question for me.

Although I thought that Snape comment interesting and must consider it.

I love Harry Potter enough to have the Dark Mark as a tattoo and have given this much thought, but Snape never crossed my mind . . . although, when a fellow HP nut and general dysfunctional character (actually she might be an Aspie, if Harry Potter could be her interest, she speaks of nothing else . . . ever . .. not exaggerating for I never do) once asked me which three characters I was, and I answered "Luna, Snape, and . . .um . . . I shall inform you later."

I'm several years overdue.

Harry Potter doesnt have AS, i saw him kiss that girl in the 5th(?) movie.

Are you suggesting that males with AS are incapable of kissing girls? Because my ex BF was diagnosed with AS and he kissed me in 10th grade....

He was my obsession also for quite a long time, to the degree I used to roleplay him too.
I don't think he is an aspie. Just a damaged man. But Luna is a different story, but I try not to diagnose fictional characters... though in my opinion, of course we will find aspies in fiction and the like, because I am fairly sure Aspergers, autism etc, have been around for as long as words have been written. It just was not given a name back then... and was probably just viewed as an eccentric personality or somesuch.
