What would you do if you woke up and saw an NT pill

My BF said he would take the pill. I said I wouldn't.

He wants to get off disability and lose anxiety and make friends.


I want to stay myself, since I'm used to being myself, and make the most of a unique personality.

I would take the pill unless it made me less loyal to the AS community. If it didn't and I took it, I would not be any less involved in the AS community. I'd probably be more involved, actually, due to my increased amount of things to talk about.

Grab phone with one hand and knife with the other. Call 911 while listening for possible intruders. Possibly slide underneath bed. Mentally beat self up for not waking up when the intruder got through a door.

Whitetiger, remind your BF that it's possible for an Aspie to solve anxiety problems without even touching the Asperger's itself. They're two different problems, and overwhelming anxiety is solvable.

Cry hysterically from happiness, squeal with joy then maybe take one to see what it's like. When it wears off, at least I would know what I was missing.

I doubt a person would want to break into a rathole like the place I live in.

But if this ever DID happen, sadly, it would only be a dream.

I don't know what I'd do. Whether I'd take it or not. If it was temporary, I would certainly take it (to gain an understanding of how the other side thinks and lives).

I'd take it so it would make things easier for me. Unlike most people on here, I'm not prejudiced against "NT's"... We're all humans. Just deal with it and move on.

I wouldn't take it because I'm happy with myself at the moment but I would give it to my friend as he has recently found out he suffers from AS and its very upsetting for him.
