White in the spring and summer - black, brown, and white in the fall and winter.

Orange, green, and brown are my colours, with a bit of blue and red tied in. I love colour, as long as it's tied with a brown or a beige - I'll wear black sometimes too, but it's not my favourite colour.

Me too - matches my eyes! Oh, Happy upcoming St. Patrick's Day for those Irish Aspies (I'm not Irish but I like green anyway).

MmeLePen: You have very classical taste and this always works well. You seem like a 'cool color person' and this looks very attractive. Monotones are always a good choice. I *almost* wish I could wear pinks, lavenders, more pure white & black but my coloring is conducive to autumn palette. I would imagine you look nice in classic navy (.....I don't). But instead forest greens for me.

Do you all feel better when wearing something that looks/feel good on you? I do.

I appreciate other's creativity in clothing expression.

Oh yes I do. I wear few 'girly' clothes but the ones that look good and feel comfortable make me feel good.
I also have a love of green colours. I have a favourtite green shirt and green jacket with white stripes.

It changes between white and black shirts depending on some unknown factor.

Knee-length shorts are always between OD green and khaki depending on some other unknown factor.

I never deviate.

drab green, tan, and occasionally black cargo pants.
I usually wear any T-shirt as long as it isn't a girlish color or has anything on it(writing) that I don't agree with or just don't like.

I use black AND brown on different days as neutral colors and add color to that. I also wear pink and purple a lot sometimes.

I'm REALLY into cool skirts but the weather is still too cold to wear them.

The colors I wear are usually dependent on what was available at the retailer, since my first criteria is material (no cotton for me, thank you).

The colors I prefer however, are pastels: perriwinkle, mint green, white, and the colors of those candy hearts that have cliches printed on them. Any subtle color, really (I love copper). I also like subtle prints or intricate patterns. Nothing garish. If it's "male" clothing, it doesn't matter how "girlish" it sounds to people reading about it. It looks fine when I'm wearing it.

I prefer to wear form-fitting clothes. I hate wearing clothes that drape over me, or that catch the wind if I stick my arms straight out.

When I was a teen, I prefered black cotton over anything else. That's the last thing I'd ever wear now. It's too damm hard to regulate body temperature while wearing that stuff. I learned my lesson on this from many years of being stubborn with my clothing.

Does simplify laundry - this is good. I like khaki skirts & pants too, paired with a 'girly' top, like lacey.
pensive: In your avatar you're wearing a green top :D

Ana54: I do like grays! But...I just look 'washed out' sick/pale...sigh. But grays/silver look great on others with a cool coloring (like blue eyes). My friend looks really nice in navy and grays too. She has really dark hair and pale blue eyes.

I've read (various sources, and there is validity but as to 'why'....? unkown): Apparently those with schizophrenia tend to prefer what are termed 'sour' colors, such as lime green, 'acid' yellow, and fluorescents. Interesting piece of trivia.

I often wear black, because it's easy to wear and co-ordinate with other things, but I often wear it with a coloured top, for example a black skirt or trousers or jeans with a coloured t-shirt, or maybe a black shift dress with a coloured cardigan.

I wear different colours on different days, just depends what mood I'm in and what's clean and not in the laundry basket! E.g. I have blue or green t-shirts and blouses and cardigans, red and pink and orange tops and cardigans. I'm quite fussy about washing my laundry though, i.e. separating the colours, so all my red and pink and orange things might be in the bottom of the laundry basket for a week or so, so I'll be wearing blues and greens, and then I'll do my laundry and all of a sudden I'll be wearing red or pink or orange for a week. I tend to stick more to plain block colours though, as opposed to patterns, although I do have some patterned stuff in my wardrobe.

I also like to co-ordinate accessories, I don't have lots but I have a few, like a favourite necklace has black wooden beads, or a string of big pearls and matching earrings, or a green enamelled necklace that was a holiday souvenir from Spain.
