Thank you SoulcakeDuck. I just wanted to let you know that he likes going out places and appears quite socialable---very opposite me at his age. Whereas I liked keeping to myself, he is very much into socializing with friends. But I am not sure how effective his social skills are---his teacher has recommended having him tested too. I am happy with being autistic. And I hope that he has a happy childhood too. He seems happy, but at times he gets frustrated. My wife and I are just concerned at this time---and all that paperwork is overwhelming. I am sorry if I sounded defensive.

I have noticed your avatar SoulcakeDuck. What is that from? I was thinking Iron Man---but not sure.

It's from a anime series called Full Metal Alchemists. The character is Alphonse Elric and he is the younger brother of 2.
In the story (beginning) they try to transmute some minerals to resurrect their mother who had died (transmuting the dead to life is forbidden). They fail and as a freak accident Elric gets caught in the trade of transmutation (equivalent trade), the older brother is then forced to bind his soul with a old armor laying around.
He becomes this big metallic 14 year old robot who loves animals and gets scared of the dark, but strong enough to punch through concrete walls.

The series is beyond good and more for grownups then kids.

That does sound interesting. I have not heard of it. I may have to look into that series. Thank you.

I just watched the trailer---very good. That looks like a very well thought out animated series. It looks like one I would be interested in. Thanks again.
