If someone tells me it's a secret I will keep it. I don't think it's very nice to be put in situation where others question you like that. Why can't they just ask the person instead?
For now on I think telling someone "Don't ask me, ask Bob."
If they keep badgering you tell them that you don't like that form of drama and if the person can't refrain from putting you in the middle of it that you are going to stop talking to that person.
So I guess scripted wise it would go
"I don't like the way you are putting me in the middle. If you don't stop, our conversation ends now."
Memorize that.
If they proceed say:
"Okay well I gotta go."
End the conversation.
