I have problems sleeping during the night. Even if I manage to get into a sleeping pattern where I go to bed around midnight and wake up at seven or eight I will soon be back into my normal pattern which is to sleep from 6 or 7 AM to around 14:30 PM.
The night is a meditative time for me, I love being awake at night, while the day is kind of like hibernation. Sleeping during the day is especially pleasurable when it's grey and cloudy outside. I can't explain it but while I sleep in the day I feel I connect to the world, my soul leaves my body for a while. Sleeping during the night just feels unnatural and stressful.
