I have problems sleeping during the night. Even if I manage to get into a sleeping pattern where I go to bed around midnight and wake up at seven or eight I will soon be back into my normal pattern which is to sleep from 6 or 7 AM to around 14:30 PM.

The night is a meditative time for me, I love being awake at night, while the day is kind of like hibernation. Sleeping during the day is especially pleasurable when it's grey and cloudy outside. I can't explain it but while I sleep in the day I feel I connect to the world, my soul leaves my body for a while. Sleeping during the night just feels unnatural and stressful.

It can take me a while to get to sleep but once I do fall asleep I'm fine.

However when I wake up the next morning I feel tired for like 3 hours after I've got up. I hate this as sometimes I need to get up and get on the go quickly but my constant yawning prevents me from doing this.
