I live in an IRA (Individualized Residential Alternative). I live by myself, but sort of since I have 24/7 staff supervision which is pretty embarrassing. It is embarrassing considering I am very independent and I am currently holding down part time college and a part time job at Staples.

The issue is that the agency I am with has for over two years not allowed access to the money I have been earning as they withdrew and deposited money without my knowledge.

My mom and myself had to get a lawyer for myself to get my own bank account from my work money. Even now with my own bank account the agency won't allow me access to my debit card using B.S. excuses like I am not responsible and that I misplace things.

I haven't for a fact lost my wallet in over two years and still the staff will bring up the past and say that I have a history of losing things.

When my mom found out that I wasn't allowed to use my own debit card from the money I earn, mean my mom open up a separate bank account from the agency and I only had this new account for a week before the agency discovered my other bank account and confiscated my other debit card.

That's not even the worst thing; I have been keeping money in the apartment though and that has been missing often.

I keep my money in my drawer to keep it safe from prying eyes since I am a little paranoid and have been paranoid for several years about people taking things from me.

I never separate my iPad wire charger and my adapter to my iPad for fear that it will be taken away from me and that the staff of them blame me for misplacing it. I always keep my charger in the kitchen or in my room and just a few weeks ago after buying a new iPad, I discovered that my wire for my adapter was missing is that my adapter was in the living room.

I had a pretty good idea who took my charger because one staff member has a history of taking things for me and I caught him several times stealing for me.

I reported him, but the other staff members didn't believe me because one time I accused him of something he didn't do because he had stolen from me so many times before.

No just recently, I took out $100 from my bank account from the ATM and captain once again in my drawer and everyday I was checking up on it to make sure nothing was missing like an OCD ritual.

During my investigation yesterday, I discovered that every single cent of the $86 was gone. I had a major meltdown and punched several holes in the wall. That's not all, the day before I lost the $86 I discovered that my second iPad charger that I had to go and buy was gone as well.

I think the staff members are discriminating against me both because of my disability and as revenge for accusing them of stealing from me.

I am now buying a hidden camera to catch the thief who stealing from me.
