I took the quiz too. I doubt its accurate. I doubt you can have perfect metrics on thought.
aq score 45 did it 3 times. 45 each time.
Your Aspie score: 175 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 30 of 200
You are very likely an Aspie
add diagnosis when I was a adolescent.

I noticed that I was not getting along on my own too well. Family members my age have families of their own and are in stable careers. I'm the oldest but I am well behind personally. My sister suggested that I had aspergers syndrome. I started reading about it, and the people who had it . The symptoms read like a biography of me up to the present.
So I made an appointment with a neurophsychologist for the 19th. It's a 6 hour evaluation. my parents are going too. If I can get some answers, maybe I can learn to deal with things better. Hopefully get retrained, and finish college.

Your Aspie score: 107 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 89 of 200
You seem to have both Aspie and neurotypical traits

I was diagnosed as having an ASD five years ago, but I've always been unsure about the diagnosis. Interestingly, I remember taking this test before and getting a significantly higher score...I guess I've changed since.

AQ 44 out of 50.
But I've become so well-adjusted that now my therapist thinks he needs to reverse the other therapist's diagnosis. What da fruck?

Maybe this new therapist should think about what the words "pervasive developmental disorder" mean.

Got a friend to do it, she got this: Image

I guess that means I am both more autistic and neurotypical than she is? Lol.

Wish I could have found this out when I was a child, you know like when they decided at the end of 2nd grade I was ret*d and nearly ended my life right there. Thankfully they tested me again the beginning of 3rd grade and I went in those few short months from being ret*d to having a senior college level reading, comprehension and vocabulary and a high IQ.

So validation good, late, not so much.
