The sound of a heeled shoe on any sort of hard surface. The clicking is painful, much so in the morning.
Volume deaf soundboard operators also annoy me, but it is the threat of audio overload that is the real threat.
Shirts with collars and buttons just seem to get in the way of things, and dripping taps really get on my nerves.

I'm like that too. To the point that if I step on a reflection in the floor with the left foot I have to step in the reflection with the right foot too. I look like an idiot when I walk

I also really hate the sound of glass hitting glass, like when dishes clink together or chemistry lab equipment or something.

now this is my kind of topic. Off the top of my head;

- rubbing against cardboard in a certain way. Kinda hard to describe what I mean, but I'll know it when I feel it!
- dry skin, esp on hands
- scraping ones teeth together. It feels almost like nothing, but it's a horrible feeling. And it makes a horrible sounds. Just thinking about it makes me cringe.
- the feeling of stubble on my face after 20+ hours of no shaving.
- this itchy feeling I get on my legs after a long shower (something I normally love).
- for sounds, anything sudden and loud (ie, a car alarm or fire alarm
- cd's and mp3's that skip. I'm sure everybody hates this but with me it sends me into a violent rage. It's especially bad when driving and I don't want to (or can't) pull over to pull the cd out and break it in have. The good thing is in a car I can curse at the top of my lungs.

hmm, that's all for now. I'm sure there are many others though.

Mine-
Sweat or dirt
Sensitive teeth pain
Cheap 'silky' material that catches, or is rough
Tinnitus
Aching muscles
Tiredness
Being poked jokingly or touched too much
Noogies
Feeling my own breath on my face when my head is on the pillow
Being uncomfortably warm
Clothing that chafes/shifts around/pinches/has scratchy tags

Synthetic textiles. I can feel polyester or acrylic at one touch, even in blends. The plastic feel makes my skin crawl. I've gotten used to actually wearing them -- I was a child in the seventies and my mom wasn't the sort to pay attention to the preferences of children -- but I still can't stand to touch them and won't buy them for myself. I absolutely refuse to buy acrylic yarn for my knitting -- feels too yucky. Give me natural fibers.

The sound of garden water fountains. I don't know why, but I just can't stand them.

Any scratching or grating sound or feeling -- sandpaper, nailfiles, etc. They set my teeth on edge to the point it actually hurts.

Regards,

Patricia

The feeling of steel wool, nail files, and sandpaper. I literally can't hold them. I uncontrollably throw them if I'm somehow holding them.

Babies screaming, radio static, fire alarms and crowd noise literally cause me pain as well.

Ditto. I've got all 4 wisdom teeth coming in crooked and am awaiting surgery as well.

Hypersensitive fingers from being immersed in hot dishwater. It makes bumping or crushing of fingers by dishes very uncomfortable. It's like a weird deep pressure not-quite-pain. Also it makes it yucky for my fingers to brush things after I've finished washing. The same thing happens about brushing things when my hands are soaped too much.
I hate it when water gets up my sleeve or inside my rubber gloves.

Cleaning products make my head and nose lining sting.

Cold weather makes my skin tighten painfully and my bones and muscles ache. And my ears and nose lining hurt.

I have a lot, off the top of my head though:
Lables, sensitive teeth pain, seams, twists in straps.

Grinding teeth together, constant level noise - like a Hoover or a lawn mower.

High pitched squeeking, scraping noises, metal on metal. I agree with people tapping my shoulder for attention.

-big scary dogs barking
-motorcycles
-filing my nails
-most fancy clothes - they feel really awful on me
-food in general, especially foods that are non-homogeneous. I hate things that mix textures, they make me feel awful and I hate how they feel in my mouth.
-certain types of glossy paper make my skin crawl
-chalk and fingernails on a blackboard
-being cold
-wet hair
-having scabs... I know its awful. I have to cover up all of my cuts or I pick at them
-bare feet on that industrial carpet. (My carpet at home is fine, but its big and fuzzy)
-Buckets that have had dirty dishes sitting in them... with all the food floating in them. That's nasty.
-wearing tank-tops
-sensitive teeth, though I do like the taste of metals...
-sudden noises, especially fire alarms. Those are SCARY.
-being asymmetrical in my actions. I hate sets of stairs with odd numbers, like 21. Then my legs have gotten different amounts of work.

Being tickled, it makes me extremely uncomfortable and anxious.
Chalk
Touching paper after my hands have been wet - eugh, makes me shiver. It's too smooth and just not right.
Dogs barking, especially big ones. I love dogs, but a lot of times loud barks come out of nowhere.
Fluorescent lights.
People talking when some other sound is present - like the television, or a radio. Kills me, I can't filter.
Crying children.
Itchy scratchy wool.
Cashmere.
Music I really don't like when I'm stuck somewhere - in all seriousness, it's like a bad touch and I can't make it stop.
Someone else said skips on a CD - that one throws me into a fit. Cannot handle it.

I'm sure I could add to this but I won't for now, it's making me uncomfortable just thinking about this stuff. Crazy.

I hate the feeling of foam (the kind you get in couch cushions) on my fingernails.

Babies screaming
Car stereos (they always play that boom-chicka-boom crap)
Television commercials

I seem to be getting into a list of things that irk me as opposed to one of sensations I dislike. The babies screaming thing does cut right through me, though.
