i guess she may look differently cause it's clear in the right side she has a tan. or maybe it could be two different pics of different girls. 8O
*sigh* this particular issue has already been resolved. But every so often, people see that old post and drag this up again without reading further. If you want, i can PM you more pics to compare like i did with Hale_bopp. Currently, after seeing those, she's come to the conclusion they are they same people.

Those particular 2 pics are some time apart btw. As well as the fact that yes, she has a tan in one, and her hair's colored, and made up differently, in the latter one, she's gained a few pounds because in the first one was taken when she was in high school and still running cross-country and the latter's during college, etc.

 i believe you, i look at the pic closely it look like the same girl.
cool that you joined the site btw.

Well, I WISH Sean and his GF, Adrienne the BEST, and I'll have to leave it at that, like some other people here, because that's all I am comfortable with now.

Taupey.

Have you ever seen her on cam before? Like just regular video calls and that?

Oh... my bad... then if he did then I don't see where he could go wrong.
I sort of skimmed through the thread due to the fact I was not really that active on the forums as I used to.

Firstly i want to say that people her mothers age do text. I have an aunt who's about 50 who just loves to text. I can understand a mum using a daughters phone to reply back for daughter if daughter was ill.

Secondly.. Im really worried this may be a con. I myself got conned in a very similar way, same kind of story. I'll share my story.

My boyfriend not far from me had dumped me and I'd known this other guy online for a while, we'd become good friends so I ended up with him. My boyfriend who'd dumped me.. found out he really missed me and wanted me back, as i had strong feelings for him and he lives close to me, I left the other who I was having online relationship and who was in another country and went back to original boyfriend.

Days later.. I get a message from the overseas one, begging me to go back to him and telling me his doctor had told him he had less than a year to live. He seemed heart broken and I couldnt deal with this situation if he was going to die and had no one to care for him while this was going on. So i broke up with the original boyfriend and went back with the online one with the plan of moving overseas to be with him.

He told me he was trying to save money to pay for my plane fare but on a disability pension with all his medicines was finding it hard to do so. So i started saving myself.. (like him Im on a disability pension and struggle with it as I too have lots of meds to pay for). He told me he'd pay me back later for it if i got the plane fare.

After many several months of really scrimping (even cutting down my food so I could save money), I had the money and got the plane fare, and was due to leave only a couple of days later. The day before I leave.. He suddenly tells me he dont want to be with me anymore as he feels its unfair on me to have to care for such a sick person. I of cause as i was really caring for him.. didnt care about myself.. so of cause still left to be with him.

It turned out the whole thing had just been a fantasy to him!! My whole relationship with him. I'd lost the happy relationship I'd been in to go back with this guy and all it had been was fantasy for him :( (i then couldnt get back the other relationship like it was). I never got the money for the plane ticket back either and got stranded in that other country with no money.

Someone else (strangers, a nice couple) from that country ended up rescueing me and taking me in.. allowing me to try to save up for a plane ticket back to my own country. The whole thing was horrid and I lost so much money i just really couldnt afford (along with that other relationship), just due to this guys fantasy,

I will NEVER EVER date another from overseas again... not willing to risk that one again.

Sadly that was the SECOND time ive been conned online.

People, stop trying to warn/protect Sean from harm.

Let him do what he's planning to do, let him learn from his own mistakes. That would be less headache for you and a much better boost for Sean's maturity.

^ Yeah pretty much. At this point he wants to believe this is real. And when people want to BELIEVE they tend to stop THINKING. Let the reality slap him in the face. Maybe then he'll learn. He is in no danger, at least not physically. Why should we care if he's out a few hundred dollars, broken hearted, disappointed, and right back where he started?

Kids kids. Always have to learn the hard way....

Sean is old enough to make his own choices, its more the fact that we don't want our money going to waste.
