He's always had a problem with Autism Speaks not agreeing that autism is mercury poisoning. They're part of "The Conspiracy"...

Seeing as how he's trashed them on his hate site before, I wouldn't put it past him.

I don't really care if no one with autism is born in the future or not; just as I don't care if "normal" people are born or not. Big deal, people are people in the end.

As I always say, I wouldn't mind a sedative that's specific to my hypersensitivity of the world and the people in it; I kinda have to go out to buy food and whatnot, and at the moment, it's torture. I'll take that form of "cure" any day of the week; I don't give a damn that I cannot socialize. Common sedatives don't work in the dose that allows me to...walk.

This is frankly idiotic. The problem isn't the Aspergers. The problem is society - and you aren't helping! The reason why this reaction happens is because of intolerance that teaches us to hate. We rely on our experience to overcome our social shortcomings, and when that experience is bad this is what results. So the system must provide ways to overcome this. And the NT world has to get off the bigoted bandwagon while we're about it!

Well I suggest you start understanding that there is no cure. ASD's are genetic in origin and the minute you fool with that you're out of line completely. That is why most of us "choose" to live with Aspergers - because we know we will have it for the rest of our lives. We adjust to acceptance, and then do our best to get others to accept us. The second part is the harder of the two.

And you, Selo, are not helping with that process.

Yours is the narrower! You think AS and NT are the only examples of neurodiversity! You know what I think neurodiversity is? Personality, values, beliefs, habits, learning style, likes, dislikes, talents, interests, organization, motivating factors, opinions, and tons more! You seem to think all NTs are the same and Aspies are the only thing that makes the world different. Everyone's different.


Then the Aspies learn to tolerate the hate. There are more NTs than Aspies, so they'll always be outnumbered, and they'll have to go with the majority if they want to succeed in a world with 6 billion NTs. If you don't want to change, good for you, but don't expect the hundreds of NTs in your life to care just because you're unique.


NTs, who are the majority, have no reason to suck up to Aspies. NTs are the majority, so people have to accept them because they outnumber the Aspies. And even if they do, there will always be someone who thinks differently. Remember: most NTs are not cruel, gossipy pricks. I know only two people in my life who are truly terrible human beings, and guess what? They're both on the spectrum!

the other poster from what I saw never said superior but guess what I will! yay for me!! AS is a more efficent hard wiring to the brain I can't talk about HFA or the other diagnosis because AS is what I studied since I believe I have it. The world is unfair to everybody but AS has alot of perks which classify it as more efficent the NT masquerade does not denote any type of superiority unless you mean for manipulation purposes.

I agree with you to a point but your attacking his beliefs, interests, and opinions, so how exactly do you believe in nuerodiversity? Most NT's work in hive mind facilities when they join certain banners and so do people with AS for that matter but to claim you celebrate nuerodiversity by attacking nuerodiversity seems silly.
