Woolly socks drive me absolutely insane. They feel slightly abrasive and get really uncomfortable when my feet starts to sweat in summer.

Dress shirts. They just puff up and hang off me. Whoever thought these were a good idea?

Ties! WTF is the point of those things?

Not a big fan of suits. I have one and use it for just three occasions: weddings, funerals, job interviews. And ties! Seriously WTS is that???

Shiny square-toe dress shoes - aparently designed to be as uncomfortable as possible. (But damn do they look sharp on the sales floor or what!! !! !! ! )

It all comes down to the same thing all of us here already know: society is stupid. They do stupid things because other people do stupid things.

Couldn't agree more.

I also hate jeans and anything tight.

Anything that's not in my routine.

Anything that touches my throat, and shoes with high heels (I like my ankles unbroken).

What not to wear topic

heels higher than one inch

high necklines

jeans that fit low on hips :x

stretch jeans

loose socks (they end up half way down the foot, shoeless or not)

thin soled shoes

clothing I am conscious of wearing

tight bras and underpants

cap sleeves on T shirts

sleeves too short for my long arms

low cut tops (NEVER)

You get the picture. Some things just do not feel right and I just cannot wear them. I see most posters here feel the same way.

Hmmm......

I agree with everybody who said turtlenecks...those drive me nuts. So basically anything tight around my neck.

Jeans that come up high around my waist. I used to be anti-low rise jeans but after I found a brand and style that fits perfectly, now I won't wear anything else because they fit so great that I am not constantly aware of feeling the waistband.

Socks - the kind that are ankle socks but that come up about half an inch above my ankles. I really, really hate the feeling. Also, regular (calf length) socks that won't stay put and slide down....Gahhh!! !

And last but probably most importantly, tight shirts. I really can't stand wearing tight shirts. And it's especially horrible if they are tight in the elbows/wrists.

I used to hate most kind of socks. Now I only hate those thin, small, panty-type socks that I hav eno clue why they exist at all.
