No one is perfect, we all lie sometimes. I will only lie if I feel I have to.
However, I don't tell stupid little lies for no reason like most NTs do, for example telling someone I like their new haircut if I actually don't. IMO, lying is bad, so I won't do it so casually and for no reason like that.

I don't like lying. I don't see the point of it. I caused a problem at work today because my boss told a lie to a client. I didn't realise and told the client the truth. Well. He shouldn't have told the lie in the first place. It makes things too complicated because you then have to remember the original lie and build on that and inform other people of the lie to keep the story going. It's way easier to remember the truth. I have a bad enough memory as it is.
However, as a child I used to lie to adults because I thought that they wouldn't understand the truth. I grew out of that though.

I don't lie. I may tell something in a different way, as to not tell exactly the way something is though (i.e. answering in a slightly different way than what was asked).

I do lie, but only for personal gain. I don't lie about what I think (e.g. I'll criticize the drawing my friend has made if he asked my opinion if I believe that it can be improved) but I do if it would prevent me getting into trouble or something I've not yet done but will do later.
Yes I tell many lies, mostly for self protection/to keep my self esteem intact (well, the frugal bit of it I have left).
But it's true, the more lies you tell, the worse things will get (you can't keep track of them all and the truth will expose itself in a big way eventually).
