i go to the cinema alone mainly because most of the people i know (family lol) dont like the films i like an i'll be damned if im going to miss it lol though my mother has remarked it is a bit sad lol :roll: though i disagree

I don't like going to the movies alone. It's hard for me to go outside alone at all. I usually go with my mother. I like talking about the movie afterwards.

I've gone out to see bands by myself several times, but never a movie. "Going out" just doesn't seem an essential part of the movie experience, whereas bands will never ever perform in your living room so you *have* to go out to see them. With cheap DVD's, DVD rental and the "free" online distribution networks :wink: , why would anyone need to actually go out to see a movie these days?
