The world is crap. It's full of idiots, hypocrites, evil, discrimination and crime. Anyone on the spectrum is tossed to the side, with only a tiny percentage of us even in jobs. Most people in the world give up their dreams and turn into sheep and lead nothing but a variation of a life lived millions of times before. I refuse to do that, though. I'll make the world I'm in a very nice place, at any cost. At the same time, I'll prove wrong everyone who doubted me.

Dude, don't take the faults of the worthless majority out on the world.

The world is a beautiful, wonderful place...and the minority that make it great are truly exceptional people.

People are always gonna be stupid and sheep, gonna cause crime, wars, etc, gonna discriminate against others.....but that's just how the majority are. Why should I let it bother me, though?

I'm not gonna focus on that ugly-ass piece of modern art, I'm instead gonna look at the beautiful Mona Lisa, or the Sistine Chapel, and be inspired and in a state of awe at the marvels that they are.

As long as you are doing everything you can to make your own life great, and standing up for what you believe in, don't get pissed off that the majority won't; the only one that's gonna hurt is you.

Expect the majority to screw up and be stupid...but also expect more out of yourself than that.

:)

It's me against the world. I must fight for what's right, for me.

To paraphrase George Carlin, the planet is fine, the people are messed up.

Earth is beautiful, the world is ugly. I live in a society of growing nationalism, racism, proud-to-get-drunk-every night culture. Who worship sport stars that are constantly in the news for sexual or physical abuse. Some heroes you got there.

I kind of want to move to another country, although every country has it's BS.

Generally I think it sucks, though there are still a few pockets of resistance:

1. My house (especially if I ever tidy it up)
2. A few unspoilt bits of countryside
3. Music clubs
4. One or two alternativist communes (but NOT all of them)
5. Animals (even a few people)
6. The BBC (though it's deteriorating fast)
7. Guinness
8. Art

Needless to say....our feelings about the world mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. The world and existence is neither good or bad in the objective sense....it simply IS.

Subjectively speaking though....it is impossible for me to say many positive things about the world. While there certainly is great beauty and magic in existence, I really can't see how it's worth the quantity and quality of suffering and misery zillions of lifeforms have endured for billions of years.

From my perspective....life (especially human life) and existence is a rank absurdity and a thing that should not be. A gamma ray burst or global thermonuclear holocaust would be a mass mercy killing and frankly, I welcome either.
Why the hell should countless humans and animals suffer the torments of the damned just so a few million fortunate "souls" can drive SUVs, attend "Uni", get discounts on fake wicker furniture at Direct Buy and sit in traffic?

Especially considering the fact that these "fortunate souls" are, often enough, causing/contributing to the suffering of the unfortunates and doing little or nothing to alleviate suffering they didn't cause.

Apparently....i'm not the only "negative" person who feels this way.

"Kill off mankind and give the earth a chance, so nature may find in it's inheritance, some seedlings of a race, less infinitely base".
Aleister Crowley

"An optimist is a person who thinks this is the best of all possible worlds. A pessimist is person who is afraid the optimist may be right".

J. Robert Oppenheimer

Humankind, if not all life, should pass into oblivion already. 200,000 years of stupidity, cruelty, injustice, war, poverty, disease, disability, racism, sexism, homophobia, religious bigotry, greed, superfluous materialism, etc.....ad nauseum/infinitum have been quite enough IMO.

I'd think it was just dandy if it was only me and a handful of cool people I don't despise on it.
