Probably have to smoke a turd in purgatory for mentioning that....

Err...ahem...thanks for the advice but I'm not quite that desperate. Not in this life or the next two dozen. I just figured that I've got a good running start on the vow of celibacy thing (like do they weigh your gonads before they ordain you or something?) and I'd love to hear some of the confessions. Unless of course they stuck me in some far-flung rural parish and I had to hear out the sins of the lonely local sheep farmers. 8O

Now are we talking an extremely small turd or an extremely large Tally Ho paper?

I am definitly not asexual. Sometimes i wish was one though.....

Is it related to AS ? If AS is genetic (which is the main idea for now), that trait would have disappeered very fast from the genome; asexuality is a trait that have very little chance of getting to the next generation.

If it is still related to AS then maybe the fact that not all aspie are asexual is an indication that the trait is disapeering before our eyes. The next logical conclusion (following the same logic) is that the AS mutation is recent....

I'm not a-sexual.
But i do have a female friend with authism (pddnos) who is a-sexual.
She's also bisecsual.
She seems interested in just peoples faces and personalitys.
But when it comes to nakedness and sex, shes disgusted by that.

Personnally i have a high sex drive.
However i find it much harder to get intimate with a girl.

I have AS and I'm not asexual at all. I can feel sexual attraction for men, but perhaps I don't feel the need to have a partner, like many women my age do. Being a happy single doesn't mean I don't have any sexual urges.

It's in my sig... I suppose I'm expected to chime in here!

I'm in the category of "asexual since childhood"; I don't remember ever being sexually attracted to anyone. This does not mean that I don't want social contact or relationships with people; like most Aspies, I'm very introverted, but I do appreciate about five to ten hours of social contact a week.

I can recognize asthetic beauty in both men and women; but the interaction I enjoy most is sharing ideas with people, just as long as they can accept that I'm eccentric and like me anyway (even better if they're eccentric themselves!). I would prefer to have male friends over female ones; however, I believe this to be primarily because males are more likely than females to have the same interests I do. As for physical contact, I don't mind hugging another person or being hugged; but any further than that--a kiss or more--and I'd be quite uncomfortable. It might be worthwhile to note that I have never kissed anyone in a romantic fasion, so I don't know whether this is true beyond what I can conjure up in my imagination.

I have AS, and I'm asexual. I have absolutely not interest in having a relationship with either a girl or a guy. The thought of sex absolutely disgusts me. I suppose this may change as I get older, but right now I definitely classify myself as asexual.

Any netnarks reading this please note, smoking a turd may be extremely unhygienic but I have no record of it actually being illegal. There's certainly been no case to set a precedent, anyway. Bottom line is though, you check your US constitution, I'll check Australia's, I'm sure you'll find that both have made a glaring omission on this one.

Anyway we're also talking purgatory here. While George Bushes both Sr. and Jr. will almost certainly be fast tracked to key administrative posts upon their arrival there - with John Howard taking on an obsequious, sexually dubious, Waylon Smithers-type role - for the time being the underworld remains beyond their jurisdiction. So there.

Oops...where were we? That's right, a-sexuality (sic) and autism...
