I try to make it up by atleast 10:30. I don't get home from work until about midnight and have a hard time going to sleep right away so I don't fall asleep til usually 3 or 4am.

me too. if i'm out solid all night it means i've been really sleep-deprived.
it used to take me hours to fall asleep, on top of all that. now i don't bother unless i'm almost falling asleep sitting up.

I usually sleep in the day, like go to bed by 4PM, wake up at like 11 PM..sometimes go to bed later, wake up a little later..sometimes it's normal where I go to bed at like 9 and wake up at 5..sometimes i go to bed at 3 wake up at 9, then go back to bed at 4 am for a bit..it's different everyday but usually I sleep in the day and am up at night

On weekends, I usually go to bed any where from 4-8 AM, and wake up in the later afternoon.

Monday: 9:00. Tuesday: 8:00. Wednesday: 7:30. Thursday: 6:45. Friday: 7:30. I go to college at different times each day so I have different wake up times.
In the weekends I get up whenever I feel like. Could be anything between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM.

I go to bed at 1:00 a.m. and then get up at 6:00 a.m. Sometimes I get up earlier. There is a train that runs at 5:22 a.m. which is about 3.2 miles away. Many times, that makes me jump up and then my brain starts working, so I can't fall back to sleep.

I usually get to sleep around 2am, wake up at 4 or 5, go back to sleep, wake up at about 8, go back to sleep, wake up at 9, go back to sleep, and then a few more times before I finally get up around 10 or 10:30... I don't sleep well ( sometimes im up like every half hour), and tbh, I think ive started to have partial seizures in my sleep.

The problems that some people are describing with sleep make my own experiences seem like walk in the park. When I am in a meltdown phase, waking up at odd hours not being able to sleep at all is common. The problems really only arise when I am experiencing a meltdown.

Having gotten up at around 6:30 am for the last few days (as opposed to my usual 7:00 am), I can report that I definitely feel sleepy and tired around 10:30 to 11:00 pm at night. And that is a really good thing because previously I often did not feel sleepy at all when it was time for bed.

I wake up at 1 pm because I chose to go to college in the evening as I actually want to stay up all night because Im all alone and it is quiet. I usually go to bed a 4 -5 am and I hope I can do this forever. Staying up at night is the only way I can just be alone and thrive in my interests. I like loneliness so much (but so little when I realize Im a loner and get depressed) that I dont even like my families company.
