What if autism is caused by mitochondrial dysfunction?
If that were true, then it would probably be genetic, and there is no strict evidence that it is.

What if there's a linear scale of more energy to less energy?
There is no direct way to measure how much energy one person has in terms of other people, because there is no way to measure how much energy any single person has, considering they probably hide most of it. Also, energy is (generally) the product of digestion, so that would mean that anyone with a low blood sugar level would be autistic.

What if that directly translates to high or low functioning?
Then people who had just eaten (assuming you're talking about bodily energy, of course) would be high functioning, and people who were starving would be low functioning.

What if everything I believe is false?
Then the above and below statements would all be false, and you wouldn't have to question it.

What if brutality is okay if it happens to low-functioning autistics?
It isn't, not anymore than it is right for high-functioning autistics to be nasty to neurotypicals.

What if I'm really not like "them" and don't have the right to say that they're human?
If by "them" you mean LFAs, they are human. A simple DNA test can prove that, and everyone has their own will.

What if parents all know everything about their children?
Without the development of telekinesis, it is impossible to know everything about anyone because nobody can know what another person is thinking, not to mention the fact that there is always more to know about someone, assuming they're still alive.

What if weak central coherence is caused by not having the brainpower to have strong central coherence?
Firstly, define "brainpower". If "brainpower" is the ability of the brain to process information, then "central coherence" is simply the ability to apply that processing power to relevant orientations of information. If "brainpower" is related to IQ, then HFAs wouldn't have any problems whatsoever with central coherence.

What if we only notice details because we're too tired to see the whole picture?
Were that true, I would be noticing details almost exclusively for most of my waking life. I actually think it to be the opposite, that "big picture" thinking comes easier to the mind than detailed thinking, and even highly detailed people would probably resort to big picture thought in times of extreme exhaustion.

What if it's mercury poisoning from vaccines?
Isn't mercury deadly? If that were true, than many would-be Aspies would probably be miscarriages or die extremely young.

About what?

What if I'm broken?
Nobody is "broken" because nobody has a valid definition of "fixed".
