Thinking of things I liked to do when I was a kid...
Sledding if there's snow and if not, riding something with wheels down hills over and over and over. (I think I used up my lifetime supply of energy running up hills in order to ride down them.)
Spinning (myself).
Spinning coins.
String figures [ link ].
Making paper dolls.
Spirographs.
Making books.
