The Nice is Nice topic.

We can't mention places with Mediterranean climates without mentioning a city actually on the Mediterranean.

And if cost is an issue in that regard, I have heard that Valletta (capital of Malta) is very affordable.

I'm w/ the OP - I HATE the cold. I want to live somewhere where it's hot all year.

Miami, Everyone are ***holes and there isnt a specific culture since its so mixed. You dont have to pretend to be something nearly as much except being an ***hole.

I read a post earlier and they were saying that 30 degrees is cold for them.
You should try visiting England some time, we have the best weather on the planet if you like cold, wet, windy days, and that's just summer, in winter we can't even run our airports when there's a little snow.
Our road systems are the best on the planet, for icing up quick and providing dangerous driving conditions.
The whole country shuts down, you should come and try it, it's fun waiting days for delayed flights.
It was 8 degrees Celsius today, on our hottest day I don't think we get further than 30 degrees Celsius.

I absolutely love windy days.
