I used to be HORRIBLE about chewing pen caps. Thankfully those days are over.

Now I have a habit of pressing the bridge of my nose. A lot. :?

Oh, I forgot how much I used to chew on pens and pencils. Pencils, at least, had an interesting flavor.

Nail biting, picking at scabs, chewing anything that happens to be near me (mostly gum and my DS stylus), fiddling with the necklace I always wear...

I'm usually not conscious of these things unless someone points it out.

I pace very frequently. If pacing counts as stimming, this would be my 'primary stim' ( :P ).

I'm known to flap my hands in times of high stress or anxiety, and I was also often told that I rocked in my chair or 'bounced' the back of my body against the wall when I was younger.
Incidentally, I've rocked quite a few times recently, and particularly during a very stressful last three days. I find it very comforting, but am so far unsure as to whether it'll remain a regular form of stimming in the long term...
