As with a lot of posts in this thread, the three things you mention are not related to hygiene.
Some people commenting here don't seem to know what hygiene even is.
Bad manners are not unhygienic.
Dressing in old clothes is not unhygienic.
Garlic breath is not unhygienic. (Garlic is a potent disinfectant. You may not like the smell of it as much as the smell of Listerine, but it's not unhygienic).
Blowing one's nose is not unhygienic. It's infinitely preferable to the other alternatives.
