Downs syndrome is not Aspergers though. Aspergers is completely neurological. I don't think you're onto anything here, to be honest, I've never seen more aspies with big heads or whatever. Unless of course, you don't mean literally.
Just because you personally haven't seen more aspies with big heads, doesn't mean it's not true. Type in 'autism big' in Google and 'head' is the 1st auto suggestion. And the 3rd link is 'Head size gives autism early warning - 16 July 2003 - New Scientist'. From Tony Atwoods website: "Here are just some of the things that have been associated in a few studies with Asperger’s Syndrome. The study was just completed on Megalencephalus, that is large head size in Asperger’s and Autism suggest that it’s only in the very high functioning group that you’ll find a large excess of individuals with big heads. In fact 24% of classic Asperger’s cases we have consistently macrocephalus." (not great grammar, but there are other links out there if you're interested in looking into it more).
There are other traits like awkward way of walking/poor motor control, looking young for age etc that seem quite common with Aspergers...that doesn't meant that everyone with Aspergers will have those signs of course, but it's interesting that they seem to show up quite often.
