What does handedness have to do with AS/ASDs?
I am left-handed and have an offical diagnosis of AS or an ASD. 25%  25%  [ 27 ]

Lefthanded people use in general more often the right hamisphere for language or even both, but not all of them.
The entire neurodiversity is just one big spectrum.

Seems like AS are indeed more likely to be lefties, though lefties are still a minority among them.
