I get panic attacks if I have to speak in front of a camera for a project at school, French class is especially bad because I have the added anxiety of not knowing if I'm saying things right or sounding like an idiot. Usually they start with hyperventilating which leads to parasthesia (cramping in the hands and feet due to excess oxygen and calcium buildup), which feels like severe growing pains and cramps, whereby my fingers lock up and become extremely difficult to move. Sweating, trembling, and dry mouth usually follow quickly. I've never passed out from one before, but they always leave me feeling very tired and worn out. Fortunately I've been able to avoid the trigger for almost a year now, so I've been okay for a while, I just have to keep an eye out for any forthcoming school projects that might set one off.
