No, I don't accept people using AS (or any other mental disorder) as an excuse. Well, I annoy people, say rude things and interrupt people while they're talking too, but when people tell me I'm doing something wrong, I don't use AS and Tourette's as an excuse; I simply apologize and say "Sorry, I didn't want to do that; I'll try to improve". This is what everyone should do, duh.

Yes, I have troubles understand other points of view, too, and I often think my idea is the best one. But I don't use AS to excuse this. Why should I? Even a lot of NTs have troubles understanding other points of view.
