Stimming
- rocking back and forth
- rubbing my earlobe and mastoid process, sometimes until they are red. I have rubbed them until I caused skin breakdown.
- pressing my hands against my eyes or ears. Some times I will take my husbands hand and press it hard against my eyes or forehead.
- jittery and fidgeting whenever I am expected to sit still
- listening to the same song over and over and over and watching the same tv shows over and over and over
- pulling at the hem of my shirts
- cracking my joints (at least once an hour and always in a specific order)
I'm sure there are others, but that's what I can think of right now.
After reading some of these, I've noticed things my dad does, especially the hand rubbing. He does that all the time.

Rub hands like :"Lets get going!
Rock a bit sometimes, when stress builds up(private)
Despair, extreme stress: Pace in circles.
Sometimes fingers all over my hair and face.
Sometimes wiggling/twirling fingers
More discreet: rubs fingertips with thumb.
Today I caught myself wiggling fingers at new work. Argh!
I hope everyone was too busy to notice.
