I’m just starting to understand some of my girlfriend’s facial expressions, she has asperger’s. There are some facial expressions but they’re different. When I scratch her dog and do baby talk to him and hug him, I get wide eye’s from her that are disbelief? When she say, “I don’t quite know how to answer that,” I think there’s fear in her voice and I wonder if she had developed an uneasy feeling living in an NT world and having to ask that or if NT’s do it too.
