If so, what kinds of things bring you joy and what is the feeling like (describe)?

Or do you find that your emotions are mostly blunted (numb)?

I measure joy and/or pleasure in ppm(parts per million).

Yes, I do feel these emotions - when something that makes me feel that way comes along.

I have this. At least, it makes sense whenever someone says a sunset or mountaintop sends shivers down their spine. I don't experience joy, or at least everything is clouded by a high anxiety level, not sure.

I can feel joy and pleasure the odd time.

These are some of them:
-when I know everything in the world is going for me
-when I get a really good job
-when I get to go somewhere exciting like a theme park, concert, museum, play, etc.
-getting to travel
-being in love
-getting a pet
-having friends and family
-getting to have my me time
-getting a new book
-achieving something big
-being drunk (sometimes)
-getting a massage
-getting something new

Of course, and it feels like pleasure, there is no other way to describe it. Tell me, what does red look like?
