What part of a project do you like most?

The planning part sometimes makes me anxious. Once I begin doing the work, I am more relaxed. I like the result if it is a good one.

Me to it can be really conflicting at times because someone can have a different opinion and sometimes it can turn into an argument.

It depends on the project as to what aspect of it I like most. If I don't understand what it is well, I may really like doing it if I'm given very clear step by step instructions. If I understand things well but executing it involves hard work, I may like planning better especially if I can come up with a way to make the work easier on myself.
