Pros:
- I can concentrate on projects for several hours on end once I get in the zone
- I'm creative/artistic (both visual art and music) and good at what I do
- I have low social demands
- I don't play games, I'm honest, I'm genuine
- good memory
- I have sympathy/empathy for other people on the spectrum and other assorted misfits
- hard working
- independent mind (I don't do what everyone else is doing unless it makes sense)
- fast learner
- I'm a good listener. I will drop everything to listen to people.

Cons:
- I don't know how to create close relationships with people, even that's what I want most (I'd be most happy with a couple close friends and assorted acquaintances. But all I have outside family and roommates is acquaintances)
- I don't know how to share my inner world and interests without weirding people out
- I have stiff "closed" body language by default. I constantly have to hide that I'm nervous around people
- socially behind. I haven't gotten very far dating myself, while my peers of the same age are getting married left and right.
- analysis paralysis
- I don't know what to say in conversation once we get past the small talk. I can think of stuff I want to know about a person after the fact but in the moment, I draw a blank.
- I come off as independent, smart and accomplished so people don't even realize that I need help.
- I can get so hyperfocused I don't notice people's mental states, or other important details
- I don't know how to help people emotionally.
