-high pitched female voices.
-the crinkling of a paper bag
-two pages rubbing together.

Those are the bad chills.

Comfortable state of relaxation -
Rain hitting a window, shallow streams, waves crashing or lapping.
The sound of leaves rustling on trees in the wind, especially bamboo leaves.
Songbirds in summer
A crackling fire

Pleasant chills - Gentle guitar reverb

Both - Violin concertos

Another sound I really like is the ringing of bells like in Notre Dame Cathedral or Big Ben.
