Fast, probably too fast with problem solving.
At work I'll foresee a problem, think about and change the situation to correct the outcome and it seems like an hour later my immediate manager will say we have a problem and start explaining how to fix it.
Which drives me freaking insane as I have explain how I've already dealt with the issue and moved on.
I think the guy feels threatened cause I seem to be so far ahead of him in detecting issues.
I joke with him 'Its no good having a dog and barking yourself' but he doesn't seem to get it.

Slow in realizing a women at work was flirting with me, in fact I had no clue until my partner explained it.
Prehistoric in picking up clues people try to give me.

Problem solving, good. :D
People, not so good. :?

I'm generally slow at everthing I do. Writing, reading, getting ready etc. but with one exception. When it comes to maths I can process things much quicker and sometimes have moments of really fast paced thinking.

Well, I've been called a sloth enough times in my life to know that the answer is most probably slow.
