I definitely have the indecisiveness thing. In my case I think I often feel like in order to make a good choice, I have to figure out all the options, analyze them all logically, and then sleep on it so I don't make a wrong decision. Basically I don't trust my intuition.
What I'm learning now is to get in touch with my intuition, and use that. Intuition inherently focusses on the whole rather than the parts.
Another technology that has been helpful to me is to always think of three options for a given decision. The first one that comes into my mind is often the "automatic" one that seems right upon first glance. The second option that comes into my mind is usually the opposite of the first, just because my mind always wants to consider the opposing viewpoint. The third option I consider is then usually something more creative, because the easy "normal" and "opposite of normal" options have already been considered.
