that was trippy.

There must be something wrong with me. I just see inkblots.

I was recently diagnosed with Aspergers. The Psychologist included the Rorschach Test as one way to measure for the presence of a Personality Disorder (as there are some Personality Disorders that can be confused with Aspergers – including Schizoid). Prior to the diagnosis, I suggested a number of "conditions" (to the Psychologist) that I wanted to be evaluated for including: Extreme Introversion, Shyness, Aspergers, Nonverbal Learning Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Avoidant, Schizoid, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder.

Below is my best recollection of what I provided. I wrote it down immediately after the testing session (as I found the test fascinating and intriguing).

Card #1.
--- Bat (top)

--- Angel Wings (outside top)

Card #2.
--- Two bears doing a high five
--- I had no idea what the red meant. I guess it's their heads

Card #3.
--- Two people, leaning backwards. The people are wearing high heels. It seemed a bit phallic.

Card #4.
--- Two legs straddling a horse like object
--- An alien head at bottom center (looks like from alien the movie)
--- Some evil looking beak-creatures on top sides and top center. The evil beak-creature in the center looks like "he" is in charge. The evil beak-creatures on the sides are his servant.

Card #5.
--- Bat with wings, tentacles and legs

Card #6.
--- Little totem pole figurine on top; Totem pole figure has a sad face; The totem pole is attached to the bottom portion via a cork-screw type apparatus
--- Cow's lung (center bottom). It reminded me of the cow's lung we "blew air in" in high school biology
--- Center bottom also looked like a roasted chicken, opened up and flattened (with the bottom things sticking out looking like chicken legs

Card #7.
--- Fried Shrimp (Top left/right); with bites taken out of each. The shrimp has interesting texture around the tail.
--- Chicken Fingers (Middle left/right)
--- U.S. Map Shape (Middle left/right)
--- South America Map Shape (Top left/right)
--- Pelvic Bone (bottom)

Card #8.
--- Stalagmite from a cavern (top middle, middle middle)
--- Two tailless animals with eyes (pink right, left). The animals are pulling on the top from opposite directions.
--- Elephant heads (orange bottom right, orange bottom left)
--- Vertebrae Middle/Middle

Card #9.
--- Two wizards with pointy hats fighting (top right/left). I even suggested it was Galdalf battling Saruman (lol).
--- People watching at bottom (red bottom). You can see the backs of their heads (like in a theatre)
--- I also saw the behind of a woman/man bending over (middle top). I could see the legs below the behind.
--- Uncertain what's in middle.

Card #10.
--- An underground aquarium with crabs (blue), birds (yellow), fish (yellow), aliens (green), sea horses (pink), worms (green)
--- A mirror divides the two and they are looking at a reflection
--- The alien (top) are mad. The other creatures are happy

Ultimately, I was diagnosed with Aspergers. I was not diagnosed with any Axis 2 Personality Disorders (e.g. Schizoid, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder). There are quite a few research articles explaining the results.

Please note: I suggest you not look at the cards, if you are planning to get a diagnosis that includes the Rorschach Test as it will invalidate the test.

They all look like butterflies or similar insects to me.

I actually gave "Inkblot" as an answer for two of them back in the 1980s. I have taken this thing a couple of times before.
Forgot the order, but I got bats & a Luna moth too. That one was really obvious!
I called one a mess, if I recall rightly. It had red ink in it.

Though, that's what came to me after looking at them for a while thinking "what does this look like?". At first all I saw were symmetrical inkblots. But I knew I had to find something. That's what I came up with.

I had this test recently and have not gotten the results back. Some of the answers I remember are: native american mask, Smoke Monster from Lost, butterfly, sex organ/menstruation, volcanic lake, evil spirit, animal spirits escaping from fire, two zombies fighting over a piece of meat (probably not the correct order).

Now, that I look, I failed several aspects of this test, including "form quality" (wtf, I have NLD!!) and balance (seeing either "whole" or "unusual detail" but rarely common detail).

7. an atoll with a vagina and an anus in the middle
8. Bears climbing up an x-ray of a human pelvis
9. Two guys in traditional Thai costume playing the flute, on top of an x-ray of the pelvis

From what I recall, these are the exact results I gave on my official test for which I've not gotten the results:
